“What’s wrong?”

The truth is you’ve been holding “this” in for a really, really, REALLY long time, because god forbid you burden others with your worries, right?

Maybe it’s the fact that it’s past midnight and the party is dying down, but you are sinking (slowly) into a couch and you feel comfortable enough to let your thoughts come out (slowly).

Your friend listens, nodding, interjecting, hmm-ing. And for the next ??? hours, the two of you swap doubts, share stories, and laugh it out.

Afterwards, you walk home alone feeling a little less alone, armed with a new perspective to battle off the unrelenting heartbreaks this world will throw at you.

I think a film can give you that same feeling.
